Years in the industry?

What’s your favorite project you’ve worked on?

Any of my multi-year, large team, ground-up projects will always hold a special place in my life. With that much time together, problems navigated, wins shared, relationships are developed and memories made that last a lifetime. Nothing is more rewarding than when a team of talent comes together to create something lasting.

How did you get started in the construction industry?

I grew up around heavy construction, but I pursued an education in Architecture, graduating with my Master’s in 2012 from NDSU. After college, I moved from Minnesota to Oregon where my path eventually led me back to construction, on site with a GC. I thrived, and never went back to Architecture!

How are you celebrating Women in Construction Week?

Attending NAWIC events, encouraging my male coworkers to do so as well, speaking on a Women of Senior Living panel, and perhaps a glass of Stemilt-Creek “Boss-Lady” wine.
