What’s your favorite project you’ve worked on?
My favorite project I have worked on is the Deuel Harvest Wind project in SD. It was the largest project I have been a part of and was rewarding seeing the team of talent come together and work through some challenges presented and complete it successfully.
How did you get started in the construction industry?
The construction industry has always been a part of my life as my dad has been in the industry for over 40 years. I started working for Team Rachel 6 years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed the company culture and the values of the people within the industry!
How are you celebrating Women in Construction Week?
I’m looking forward to celebrating with my fellow Women in Construction along with the rest of our team in our office!
