Running October–April, the Minnesota Construction Association (MCA) Mentorship Program pairs construction students with experienced industry professionals for one-on-one guidance, career advice, industry insights, and valuable connections.

Mentors: Share your experience and help shape the future of the construction industry.

Student Mentees: Gain real-world knowledge, career guidance, and connections to help launch your career.

The program is open to students across Minnesota, and you do not need to be a college alumnus to participate. MCA members with offices in North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, or Wisconsin are also encouraged to let us know if their staff would be interested in mentoring students in those areas.
