What’s your favorite project you’ve worked on?
One of my favorite projects I have worked on is the Multi-Use Apartment project at the Highland Bridge Development. Not only is this project unique due to the site history and location, but it was one of the first buildings on the 133-acre Development. This project provided an opportunity for us to utilize our in-house Development and Architecture + Engineering team as well as incorporate unique structural design elements.
How did you get started in the construction industry?
My love for construction began early since my father is a previous Owner of a local GC. I attended job site tours and guest speaker seminars which solidified my industry interest and compelled me to receive a BS of Civil/ Environmental Engineering with Construction Management from UW-Madison.
How are you celebrating Women in Construction Week?
I am celebrating Women in Construction Week by attending the Association of Women Contractors & MNCREW events. These are both great opportunities for me and others to engage with women industry professionals and continue to build and maintain these relationships.
