What’s your favorite project you’ve worked on?
Ashland Ore Dock Demolition. Veit removed the Ashland Ore Dock which extends 2,000 feet into Lake Superior. Included as part of the project was obtaining over 12 separate permits and approvals from various governmental agencies such as USACE, Coast Guard, WDNR, and City of Ashland, WI.
How did you get started in the construction industry?
I started as a receptionist for an earthwork company after graduating from H.S.
