What’s your favorite project you’ve worked on?
My favorite project I have worked on at Ryan is the CHS Field Modifications Project. This small project was an interior remodel of existing locker and storage space and addition of a Player’s Lounge and Video Coaching room. The fast track timeline with a hard substantial completion date made materials and equipment with long lead times and their procurement our driving critical path. This project was a unique project with two joint Owners, the Saints and Twins, due to the Saints becoming the Twins AAA affiliate.
How did you get started in the construction industry?
My father is the founder and previous Owner of a small general contractor in the Twin Cities so I was exposed to construction at an early age. I went to school for Civil & Environmental Engineering with a minor in Construction Management and the rest is history!
How are you celebrating Women in Construction Week?
By meeting with past women colleagues in the area for dinner to discuss our roles as leading women in the construction industry.
