What’s your favorite project you’ve worked on?

My favorite project I have worked on to date is the Child Development Laboratory School for the University of Minnesota. This project was very complex as we added 13,000 SF onto an existing building that serviced childcare for 140 children. Upon completion of the addition, we relocated the user group in phases to the addition so the existing 18,000 SF building could be renovated. It was SO fun seeing the construction being completed through the eyes of children. We often found them watching as work was being completed (see image). They loved seeing the progress made on the addition and were very excited when they would return to their newly renovated classrooms. https://www.terragc.com/umn-lab-school-cdc

How did you get started in the construction industry?

I enrolled in the Construction Management program at NDSU after a family friend who was a site superintendent suggested I try Project Management career path. At the time of enrolling at NDSU I was undecided about my major.
