How did you get started in the construction industry?
I have always been interested in buildings and architecture. My dad and grandpa have been involved in various areas of the construction industry my whole life, and I developed a love and passion for it. I went to college to be a construction PM and have loved every minute of it.
Why is it important to celebrate women in construction?
I think it is important to celebrate women in construction to show all women and girls that a career in construction is an option for them. That is how we will get more women involved and help make it the norm.
How are you celebrating WIC Week?
I will be hosting a jobsite tour of my current project for other women in the industry.
