What’s your favorite project you’ve worked on?
My favorite project is our recent work with Industrial Outdoor Storage space. We recently partnered with Zenith, which was funded by JP Morgan, as they actively acquire industrial space across the US. Our work on this project included fencing, electrical, HVAC, and more. Why is this my favorite project? When we first started, the property was in distressed condition, and it’s amazing to see the progress we have made so far. I particularly enjoy working on projects where we can see before and after pictures, and it’s great to see how much we have achieved as a team.
How did you get started in the construction industry?
I had unique experiences during our home remodel. Dealing with contractors who ran away or performed poor quality work left me to complete the project on my own. I discovered that others were also in similar situations, and this seems to be a common problem. I am determined to fix this!
