Ian brings over 20 years of experience and knowledge gained from working at many levels throughout his career in the Heavy Civil Contracting Industry; making his start laboring and operating at small, local excavator while working through college. His “boots on the ground” experience, coupled with a background in formal training and relationships developed with industry peers and regulators make him a key player in providing leadership and advice on matters relating to Safety and Risk Mitigation.
