The question of how to best conduct mediations and arbitrations is one that is constantly asked but rarely answered well. To get a better answer, Shareholders Julia Douglass and Dean Thomson conducted a survey of 331 construction attorneys to find out what they considered the best procedures and techniques for a successful mediation.
