What’s your favorite project you’ve worked on?
It would be hard for me to say I had a favorite because we have done so many amazing projects. The first time I went to U.S. Bank Stadium, knowing what our team had helped create, was very rewarding.
How did you get started in the construction industry?
I started as an Office Administrator for a real estate company. I enjoyed the new construction aspect of real estate, so I went to work for a home builder. One opportunity led to another, and this spring I’ll be celebrating 11 years of service at Veit.
Why is it important to celebrate women in construction?
It’s wonderful to see more and more women entering the construction field. Women are learning that this industry has a lot to offer for a meaningful career. The opportunities are endless.
