What’s your favorite project you’ve worked on?
I have really enjoyed working on our water treatment projects. The complexity of industrial work blended with the ability to make a positive impact on the water quality in so many communities has been really fulfilling.
How did you get started in the construction industry?
I grew up the daughter of a carpenter, I fell in love with the ability to take an idea and use my hands to bring it to life. I found myself looking for a career that showed me how it gets done, which is how I was introduced to the world of Virtual Construction.
Why is it important to celebrate women in construction?
It is important for a multitude of reasons: it gives us the opportunity to honor and thank the hard-working women before us who paved the way, stand alongside and support the women working with us today, and inspire future generations of little girls who dream of building up the world around them.
