What’s your favorite project you’ve worked on?
My favorite project has to be a wind farm in south Texas. We faced the odds with a completely new crew and new scope of work. The team ended up having amazing collaboration which led to a big success!
How did you get started in the construction industry?
I began my career as a laborer in the heavy highway sector. Motivated by hands-on experience and a degree in construction management I worked in project management for civil, utility, and renewable projects. Today, I combine my analytical and field experience as an analyst at Veit.
Why is it important to celebrate women in construction?
It’s important to celebrate women in construction to acknowledge all of the dedication and hard work contributed.
