Education Session: Introduction to Target Value Delivery
Are you tired of seeing value cut from projects at the last minute to make the budget work? What if there was a better way—one that allows collaboration seamlessly with owners, designers, and contractors to deliver a project that meets a specific target cost while adding value throughout the process, rather than taking it away?
Join us for an exciting introduction to Target Value Delivery, where we’ll show you how to transform your approach. In this high level introductory class, you’ll get an overview of how this process sets realistic cost targets, how to evaluate scope options, and meet the value your project needs to deliver. This is your chance to move beyond the traditional process and deliver projects that meet both your vision and budget—without the headaches!
