Brady Andrus, Minnesota State University, Mankato, Frattalone Companies
Brady is a current student at Minnesota State University, Mankato pursuing a degree in Construction Management. Outside classwork, he is involved in multiple national student competitions, works part-time and participates as a youth hockey coach. Since 2019, Brady has been involved in the industry through multiple internships, the most recent being with Frattalone Companies as a Project Engineer Intern. He’s excited to return to Frattalone Companies for another internship this upcoming summer. In his free time, Brady enjoys watching or playing hockey, going on hikes, and working on cars.
David R. Borak, Orion Search Group (moderator)
David’s experience gives him a broad understanding of the industry from a national perspective. Since 1997, he’s been involved in every aspect of recruitment from research to account management to business development. While his client partners have spanned the country, his current focus is on local to national searches for primarily Minnesota-based client partners.
Nick Pino, Konik
Nick joined Konik in 2020 as a Business Development Manager. In total, Nick has 8 years of combined experience in the staffing, sales, and recruiting industries. He has recruited in the construction, skilled trades, architecture, and engineering markets. He enjoys hanging with his three kids in his spare time. One is very silly and a great dancer, another loves the Avengers and hanging in the garage with his dad, and the youngest loves going on walks and pretending that her dad does not exist! Nick also loves music and plays golf as much as possible.
George Trujillo, Kraus-Anderson
George is a seasoned construction industry professional with more than 20 years of experience and is currently a Senior Project Manager for Kraus-Anderson. He has worked on everything from mega-projects ($6B+) to small tenant buildouts. His projects have included sectors such as government, healthcare, higher education, sports & entertainment, high-tech manufacturing, commercial, medical research, and housing markets. George has had many roles spanning from field engineer to superintendent, cost engineer and business owner. While George loves to travel, he has settled down in Rosemount, MN with his wife, three young daughters and a mini bernedoodle puppy. In his free time, George enjoys downhill skiing, travel and supporting his daughter’s activities.
