Paul is MCA’s Student Outreach Committee Chair and the MCA Member of the Year for 2022. He’s a respected leader with nearly 35 years of experience in preconstruction services, estimating, project management, design review, cost, and schedule analysis, construction operations. Paul is the Senior Vice President of Construction Operations at Doran Companies. In his role, Paul focuses on supporting all Doran teams in developing and implementing construction best practices that improve the delivery of projects, including safety, quality, and planning. Being a part of MCA reflects Paul’s passion for attracting young individuals into the construction industry and training them for rewarding careers.

For nearly 10 years, Allie has specialized in construction marketing and strategic planning. As the Marketing Manager at Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP), she develops, oversees, leads and manages several marketing initiatives, including being instrumental in helping grow AP’s Duluth and healthcare market sectors. Allie has been an MCA member since 2013 and on the board for the last six years.
