Become a Mentor for Construction Students!

MCA is gearing up for the 2024-2025 school year! We invite you to become a mentor and play a pivotal role in guiding the next generation of construction professionals. By being a mentor, you can directly impact the growth and development of emerging talents, and contribute to the advancement of the industry.

Our program runs October–April. You do not have to be an alumnus of the college to participate. If you have questions, please email info@mnconstruction.org. If you have offices in North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, or Wisconsin, please let us know if your staff would be interested in mentoring students in those areas.
