Nick Reynolds, Rochon – Moderator
Nick joined the Rochon team in 2005, since then Nick has held both leadership and operations positions ranging from estimating, project management and business development. With over 20 years in the construction industry and his vast amount of experience, in 2017, Nick became an owner of Rochon and named Executive Vice President. Known for his energetic management style and strong communication skills, Nick brings immense value to his role here at Rochon.

Jake Bauer, Carciofini Company
Jake began his construction career in the field as a superintendent. In 2005 Jake started as a Project Manager/Estimator at Carciofini and used his field experience and estimating skills to move quickly into a Senior Project Manager/Director of Operations position, then to his current position as President. Jake has been involved with various types of construction projects at every stage of the process including design, pre-construction, and construction. This has provided Jake with a diverse experience base that has allowed him to successfully estimate and manage thousands of successful projects for his clients. Jake is a seasoned veteran of the construction industry and has proven that he has the skills required to provide his clients with high quality services that is the standard at Carciofini.

Matt Bergman, Laketown Electric Corporation
Entering the business in 2010, Matt has been a part of LEC for 10 years. Two years after his start, his father, President of LEC passed away suddenly from a stroke. Matt purchased LEC with his brother in 2016 in which he became CEO. LEC purchased Javens Electric of Mankato in 2018. Matt became the sole owner in 2020. During his leadership LEC has grown from a $2 million dollar company in 2012 with 12 employees, to a $30+ million dollar company in 2020 with 115 employees making LEC approximately the 7th largest electrical contractor in Minnesota. LEC is a six-time Inc 5000 winner, and five-time Minneapols/St. Paul Business Journal Fast 50 award winner.  

Mike Gilbert, Empirehouse, Inc.
Mike is part of the 3rd generation as President at Empirehouse, Inc, an architectural glass and metal subcontractor located in the St. Paul/Minneapolis area. He is a true visionary who leads by example, pushing the boundaries and working every day to find innovative solutions to make every project successful.  Mike’s twenty-one years of experience and growing up in the family business has given him the ability to act as a resource to not only his team at Empirehouse, but the construction community and valued partners. He is known for providing TEAM solutions to complex issues and creating an environment where innovation and going above is beyond is part of every day.

Dan Juntunen, Wells Concrete
Dan was named President/CEO for Wells Concrete in January 2011. In this position, he is responsible for all phases of the organization, which include five production facilities and multiple in-house field crews along with Operations, Sales & Marketing, Corporate Services and Product Development. Prior to being named President/CEO, Dan had served as the Chief Financial Officer since 2007. Dan began his career in commercial banking, initially as a credit analyst and then as a workout officer with a portfolio consisting largely of troubled real estate and construction debt. Immediately prior to his role with Wells, Dan was a divisional Vice President of Finance for a $7B company that has manufacturing operations around the world.
